The short version
Showtime is a Four.meme launchpad on BNB Chain where every coin is an AI short drama (短剧). You launch a Four.meme Tax Mode coin, pitch a series, and an AI showrunner writes it and shoots episode 1 while the coin goes live. From then on, the coin's tax pays for the next episodes. Every episode ends on a cliffhanger, and holders vote which twist comes next with a free signature.
Every coin's tax lands in its own FilmVault, an immutable contract on BSC that always splits it the same way:
| Share | Goes to | How |
|---|---|---|
| 50% | Treasury, the platform's revenue wallet | paid at every split |
| 40% | the series' production budget | kept in the vault, spent only on shots, against a receipt |
| 10% | the coin's creator, for life | paid at every split |
Every shot has a receipt recorded on-chain. Every split is public on the Revenue page.
Launch a series
A launch takes two wallet signatures and two transactions, both from your own wallet.
- 1. The coin. A name (up to 20 characters, Four.meme's limit, sent on-chain exactly as you typed it), a ticker (1 to 10 capital letters or digits), an image, and optional links and opening buy.
- 2. The tax. Pick the rate: 1%, 2%, 3% or 5%, the same on buys and sells. 100% of it goes to your series' FilmVault.
- 3. The series. A pitch of 1 to 3 sentences, a genre, a visual style, the dubbing language (Mandarin or English) and 1 to 3 main characters.
- 4. Create the coin on Four.meme. First signature, first transaction (
createToken). - 5. Register it. Second transaction (
Studio.register). If you close the tab, the keeper sends it for you. Anyone can.
Six crypto genres come first, then the eleven short-drama formats fans already know. Crypto stories cast invented people only: an exchange boss, a protocol prodigy, a rocket billionaire, a whale, an early believer, never a real founder, investor or public figure.
| Genre | 中文 |
|---|---|
| Bull run | 牛市 |
| Moonshot | 冲月 |
| Exchange war | 交易所之战 |
| Whale | 巨鲸 |
| Degen | 梭哈 |
| Airdrop | 空投 |
| CEO romance | 霸总 |
| Revenge | 逆袭 |
| Palace intrigue | 宫斗 |
| Wuxia | 武侠 |
| Xianxia | 仙侠 |
| Time travel | 穿越 |
| School | 校园 |
| Mafia | 黑帮 |
| Rich family | 豪门 |
| Horror | 惊悚 |
| Comedy | 喜剧 |
Three visual styles: live action (真人剧), 3D donghua (3D国漫) and anime (日漫).
The coin trades on Four.meme like any other: on its bonding curve first, then on PancakeSwap once it graduates. Showtime changes nothing about how the coin itself works.
Episode 1 at launch
The pilot is shot while your coin goes live. You watch the progress on the launch page.
- The showrunner writes the series bible and the pilot: a cold open that hooks in the first second, a twist (反转), and a cliffhanger.
- The studio draws the cast and the sets.
- It shoots 3 vertical shots in parallel and edits them together.
- The characters speak their lines in the language you chose, with Chinese and English subtitles burned in.
- The episode is delivered in 9:16 (vertical, the main format) and 16:9.
On a test launch we measured about 4 minutes from the coin's creation to episode 1 published.
The platform advances the cost of episode 1. That advance is capped per launch and per creator per day. Its shots are recorded on-chain like any other, and they are paid back to the platform's production wallet from the series' first budget, as soon as it covers them. If the coin never trades, the platform keeps the cost.
The vault and the split
Before the coin exists, the Studio contract computes the address of its FilmVault: an EIP-1167 clone that Studio deploys with CREATE2. Four.meme's tax recipient cannot change once the coin is created, so that address is permanent. At registration, Studio checks on-chain that the coin is a genuine Four.meme Tax Mode coin sending 100% of its tax to that vault.
Four.meme sends the tax to the vault over time. Anyone can call split(), which cuts whatever arrived since the last split with the numbers written in the contract: 50% Treasury, 10% creator, 40% production budget.
- The creator can hand their share to another wallet.
- If a payment fails, the amount waits in the vault and can be flushed later.
- Once $SHOWTIME is bound to the buyback contract, 10% of each production budget slice (4% of the tax) buys back and burns $SHOWTIME. Until then, that slice stays in the budget and pays for shots.
Episodes that follow the votes
A new episode is shot as soon as the budget covers it at the published price, with a margin.
- 4 to 8 shots of about 9 seconds each, so about 30 to 70 seconds per episode.
- Written from the bible, the episodes so far, and the holders' vote on the last cliffhanger.
- At most 4 episodes per series per day.
The series page shows the next-episode gauge: how much of the next episode the budget already covers.
Receipts and the published price
Shots are made with Kling O3 Standard (reference-to-video, with its own sound: dialogue and ambience) on fal.ai. The list price, $0.112 per second, is published on-chain in the Studio contract. At that price, a 9-second shot costs about $1.01. A price change is announced 3 days before it applies.
Caps are coded in the contract and set at deployment:
| Cap | Amount |
|---|---|
| per shot | $2 |
| per series per day | $40 |
| across all series per day | $500 |
| hard ceiling in the code | $1 per second |
Every shot has a receipt: the provider, the model, the request id, the seconds billed, the cost at the published price, the sha256 of the video file, and the moderation result. Its hash is recorded on-chain by the Studio contract, shot by shot, in order.
Before recording, the keeper's signer re-checks each receipt against the provider. A render billed twice, or never made, is refused. The budget can only pay the production wallet, and only against a recorded shot. Nobody, the owner included, can send a budget anywhere else.
Votes
Each episode ends on a cliffhanger with 2 or 3 possible twists.
- Free. You vote by signing an EIP-712 ballot in your wallet. No transaction, no gas.
- Weighted fairly. Your weight is what your wallet held when the vote opened, minus coins it received in the 6 hours before. Buying to vote and selling right after changes nothing.
- Window. 6 hours for a busy coin, 12 for a lively one, 24 otherwise.
- Public. Tallies and signed ballots are published.
If nobody votes, the showrunner picks a twist and says so.
Milestones and the Top 10
| Milestone | Episodes |
|---|---|
| Pilot | 1 |
| Season 1 | 6 |
| Finale | 12 |
| Season 2 | 13 |
The home page is organized in rows: Top 10 today (ranked by market cap, episodes, views and holder ballots), Trending on BNB, New episodes, Just premiered, Almost a Finale and Shooting now. The Shorts page is the vertical feed: the newest episodes, full screen, swipe to the next.
A series never disappears. A coin with no tax income for 7 days gets a finale if its budget covers one, and every episode and receipt stays online.
Cameos
At each milestone, the series' 3 biggest holders and 2 holders drawn at random are offered a cameo.
- It is opt-in only. You sign an explicit consent and upload your own picture.
- The picture is moderated, then turned into a character in the series' style for one shot.
- You can withdraw until that shot is made.
Moderation
Every character is an original invention. Showtime refuses:
- real or recognisable people (opt-in cameos aside);
- protected titles, characters and brands;
- anything sexual, hateful, or violent beyond mainstream TV drama.
Moderation screens pitches, scripts, vote options, every generated image and sampled video frames. A shot refused by moderation is never billed to a series' budget: the episode is written again.
The platform token $SHOWTIME
$SHOWTIME (name and ticker "SHOWTIME") is a Four.meme Tax Mode coin like the others, with its own series, shot in advance and attached at its launch:
The Last Candle (最后一根K线), a crypto drama. The night her late father's forgotten coin pumps a thousandfold, noodle-shop worker Lin Xia finds an exchange boss from her father's past at her counter, ready to buy her wallet before sunrise, and a mysterious whale who knows why the coin was made.
Its next episodes are paid by its own tax, like any series. The home page opens on it, and once its address is set, the home shows its contract address, logo, name, ticker and market cap.
The ShowtimeBuyback contract receives the buyback slice of every budget once $SHOWTIME is bound to it. That BNB can leave one way only: a purchase of $SHOWTIME, on its Four.meme curve or its PancakeSwap pair after graduation, delivered to the dead address 0x…dEaD in the same transaction. There is no withdrawal.
Contracts and roles
- Studio: computes and deploys the vaults, registers coins, holds the published price and the caps, records shot receipts and pays shots back.
- FilmVault: one per coin, the tax recipient. Splits the tax and holds the production budget.
- ShowtimeBuyback: buys back and burns $SHOWTIME with its slice of the budgets.
The Studio owner (two-step ownership transfer) names the Treasury, the keeper and the guardian. Prices, caps and the production wallet change only 3 days after they are announced. The guardian can pause recordings and revoke the keeper; it can never move funds.
The contracts are immutable (no proxy, no upgrade), open source and verified on Sourcify and BscScan. Each series page shows its GeckoTerminal chart, its trades and its holders, with links to GoPlus and BscScan.
Languages
The site is in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, picked from your browser's language and switchable at any time. Every episode carries Chinese and English subtitles, and its dialogue is spoken in Mandarin or English, as the creator chose.
Risks
Meme coins are volatile and can go to zero. Nothing here is financial advice. Episodes are AI-generated from the creator's pitch and the holders' votes.
